Square @ Furama serves International buffet. which include local and Western dishes. square @ furama sets a high standard to satisfy their guest expectation regarding on food quality and service. the picture is just and example of the menu that square @ furama serves. Square @ furama has a very complicated operation for they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Breakfast starts from 7 in the morning and ends @ 10:30 in the morning, lunch begins @ 12 noon to 3 in the after noon and lunch starts from 6 in the evening and ends @ 10L30 in the evening. all employees in this restaurants sets their goals to give satisfaction to their guest. Square @ furama changes their menu everyday. all of the menu in square right now is being improvised with the Help of the hotel manager Mr. Lens Gwee and the Executive Chef Mr. Derrick Ang and The Executive Sous Chef Ms. Siik Cho and the Sous Chefs Mr. Raymond Chow. Mr. Micheal Chia and their junior Sous Chef Atong. as i can Remember these are the menu they serve during the operation.

Manager Mr. Kenny Lew and thier Captains Luies, Jay Junior, Cloe, fiona and Jason ther GSA Joy Ann, Zynaida and trainees Lorraine Arabis, Rose Ann Caram, Angelica Mendoza And Jenny Baccay. through them guest always remember square @ furama since they are rendering all their best to serve the guest with professionally, in formality, in standard and they keep in mind the philosophy that furama has thought them. to respect and treasure every guest that wants their service. they now learn the essence of work for them for Furama RiverFront has it's own philosophy to follow and must be followed all through out its operations.

Square @ Furama is also rendering its service to Shipping, Airline Such as Air China and Xiamen Airline and never the less the big groups who is alsways present in the buffet and the regular guest of the Square are the Indian Groups and the Korean Gruops. In my six months trainning in The Square @ Furama I may say that this Restaurant is one of its kind in offering food and service quality and stisfaction for they are always giving full attention to thier guest no matter how busy the are. and i want to say keep up the GOOD WORK.
